Return and refund policy

Bonfe Leather Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 15 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return shipping label upon your return request. You can choose to exchange the product, return it for store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method. Please note that returned products must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, and with original tags attached. If the returned items do not meet these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
  • Final sale or clearance items are non-returnable.
  • Damaged or defective items may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order with photos of the damage.

How to Return a Purchased Item

  1. Email us at bonfeleather@gmail.com with your order number and specify which items you would like to return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  2. Ensure that the items you are returning have no visible signs of wear or use and retain their original tags.
  3. Package the products securely in their original packaging.
  4. Place the packaged products into a shipping box or envelope and attach the return shipping label.
  5. Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier or schedule a free pickup.

Processing Your Return

  • We will process your return within 14 days of receiving the package and assess it for eligibility.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you an email confirmation.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 days, depending on your bank.
